    Brisket Saturday

    Friend gave me a call on wednesday night and asked me to cook brisket for his party on saturday. So I gladly took care of that for him (and he paid for the brisket which was even better!). 2 Packers (14.6lbs and 13.09lbs) Number 5 sauce Bigger one on the bottom One of the platters...

    Russ I think you should keep the 22. Having more room allows for not getting a headache if you have company or just decide that you just want to do some extra stuff for leftovers. Also the last thing you want to do it keep the 18 and have a brisket that's too big to fit.
