    What about cauliflower?

    I rub the cauliflower with olive oil and then sprinkle it with garlic salt and course black pepper, then steam it just to soften it up a bit. After that I bake/bbq it....covered. When its fork tender toss the foil and cover it with pepper jack cheese until melted..... Yum.

    Beautiful Rack of Pork cook Andy. Love spinning racks of pork, I use the vortex big side up and pour the lit coals around it.
