Great deep dive sausage video by Leroy and Lewis

Thanks for sharing this video. I’ve never watched a “how-to” on sausage making so this was super informative. I’ve most certainly bookmarked this video.

    Spice heads unite!

This is an awesome dish, but uses different peppers than a Thai bird’s eye. Not trying to be “that” guy, but I was corrected by my South African friend who let me know that piri piri sauce is “NOT made with Thai anything.”

    Pork Steak

Very nice! I know those two Conecuh half links when I see them. Had some for breakfast yesterday. The best sausage one can buy IMO.

    Tonight's Salmon

Great looking cook! Kewpie - the MSG Japanese version - is the only mayonnaise that we keep in the house.

Mother’s Day meal on the weekend

Love everything about this thread! The queso is a grat idea and I LOVE some Rare Breed and Four Roses. The Salmon looks perfect. Great job!

    Still around!

I love everything about that first picture. The green “carpet” brings back instant awesome childhood pop up trailer camping. Obviously the broken spring is a real bummer, but just getting away is the real benefit - rain or shine. Thanks for the post!

Mother's Day brunch - now it's smoked hot salmon

This thread, and the other you linked to Brett, are both filled with so much awesome info. I would love to try this, but if you’re scared, say you’re scared, and I’m scared. Your expertise makes it seem sooooooo easy though.

Mother's Day brunch - now it's smoked hot salmon

I’m down with this! I love eating lox straight from the package - I don’t even get to the bagels, capers and red onions. What’s the salmon you’re using?

    Removing glued on labels

I tried peanut butter once when I didn’t have any WD40 around and it worked awesomely, though quite messy. I read it online somewhere and gave it a try. Perhaps the oils in the peanut butter reacted with the adhesive to help remove it?

Got the green light to buy the E6 Kamado

I’m a “bit” late to this photo/thread, but I showed this picture to my daughter and she was ALL IN! Is that just sliced hot dogs with cheese inside and the pepperoni just lying on top? Obviously no flipping these, but I just wanted to make sure before I did something dumb and destroyed a pack of...
