    What I love is my phone states it is 96 degrees out, then I look at my indoor/outdoor thermometer and it reads 103/105 as with most smaller cities you get your TV and telephone temps from the airports national weather station. Which is about 10 miles from here and out in the wide open spaces...

    I agree I was looking at 30 or more at costco yesterday and once you get to 13/15 lbs the fat cap really grows. If you need more weight I would buy 2 smaller ones.

    Just a Little Brisket for Tomorrow

    I picked up a prime cut at Costco yesterday about 13 plus lbs. I got it stashed away for around the 4th cook. I am going to try doing this one on the performer with a SNS never tried it this way,I have always used my WSM. Any tips greatly appreciated.
