    I have had that problem. But just make sure that both the upper and lower vents are clear. And if it persists then rotate the ribs.

    My mom would make cow tongue regularly by boiling first and then roasting it in the oven. Once you got over the fact it was a tongue was damn good and cheap that's what my mom was after it was cheap

    I have a 22-in WSM I love it. I love doing ribs on it the beef ribs in particular it's easy to do and it tastes so good. I've had mine over 10 years now I wouldn't trade it for anything. Seen a lot of those acorns never used one so I can't speak to that but you can go wrong with Weber.
