I will just leave this here

I have a few Ninja products and they seem very well made. I guess the Woodfire durability will show over time, but so far it seems like a great device. I'm somewhat of a skeptic when it comes to electronics durability of these devises over time, but who knows? I did break down and got a Bullseye...

I will just leave this here

I was all for the ss route when I got my first Q. But after use and understanding the rationale of the ci from Larry and others, I quickly learned that ci grates are best. Of course Bruce and Larry have old ss grates that work well but are no longer available. I keep em well lubed-but have also...

    $12 Q1200 Restore & Donate

I see where Harbor Freight has the 12 oz size for $9.99 which seems like best price.

    $12 Q1200 Restore & Donate

After seeing that Q cart, Josh, you've motivated me to try and restore mine as it's badly weathered. I might also change out the handle it came with (Uline). Jon had some contacts for nice wood ones I believe.

    Q 300 for a friend

I wondered how you got that lid so shiny! When I did my Q320 I only had a cup brush and a low powered B&D drill. Wish I had an angle grinder and DeWalt drill like Josh uses! Now I know how its done right.

Coffee Beans what's in your grinder ???

Haven't seen the red bag at Sams out here, Larry but no surprise. Used the small grinder I got after you originally recommended, and it worked like a champ. Only had to stop once to let it cool down but it still does a great job. I have liked the MM Columbian beans btw.

    Gene Hackman - RIP

Truly sad, one of the best ever imho. Sounds more and more like CO poisoning . As others have said another great one gone and will be missed. Certainly had a great run. RIP

    BBQ Pizza From Scratch

Arrived and they are nice! More heft to them than the aluminum airbake, and I think the non-stick finish will be great! Plus, can't beat that price.

    Pit Boss Pro?

Josh, that Bullseye you show is the basic model 380-mine is the 380X which has a lot of nice additions to it like front shelf, solid ci deflector improved burn pot etc. For me I like it as I don't really do low and slow cooks, and one reason I got rid of my Traeger. The Bullseye is a great...

    BBQ Pizza From Scratch

https://www.recteq.com/recipes/baked-goods/pizza-dough. We use King Arthur organic flour-next experiment is their whole wheat-and evoo of course. Interesting the difference in quantities, but it makes 2 large 16" pies, which completely fill the pan. I'll have to try the roasted garlic too...
