    Got a Washtub at Rural King to set the WSM in and it works great! Legs are right up to the edge and its above the Vents to block wind. Also 2 People can pick it up and it has Handles Its a 17 gal Behrens Washtub.

    Temp stayed between 210 and 230 except it got up to 260 when taking the Lid off to spray with Vineger and Oil. They turned out great! I used 1 chunk of Apple and 3 chunks of Hickory.     I've only used mine one time but it was so easy. Ribs were great. Im sure others will agree about the next statement. Get a maverick remote thermometer. I had the top vent all the way open and controlled the temp just using one bottom vent. 3/4 open would slowly bring temp up.Taking it down...

    Top vent wide open. Just adjusting one on bottom from about 1/4 to 3/4 seems to slowly bring temp up and down just fine. Man I am glad I got this. The website is almost as fun as the smoker. Almost lol.

    Just foiled one rack and added apple juice. Also added 25 peices of charcoal. Kinda windy but its holding temp just fine. Will take a pic before adding sauce.

    Well im finally going to use the smoker in the morning

    Ribs are on! Pic coming later if I can figure out how. This maverick et-733 is so fine. I can tell ya the smoker is 225 spot on and im on the couch. This is low stress smoking. Just using kingsford and and about 2 and a half poolball size chunks of hickory. Its 226 now lol.

    I was reading the instructions and it seems kinda confusing. Been working a ton of hours so im going to use that as a excuse. Can you break down how to use this for a mental midget lol.
