Big fan of the beef marinade, used the pork marinade on a shoulder and it also was pretty good. Not a fan of the chicken marinade though, but its a flavor thing for me. I only use them when I don't feel like making my own, but they never disappoint when I do.

They have been out for the past three weeks here in Indianapolis. Butcher said they were not allowed to order them at this time....and of course its when I was planning on smoking/grilling Tri-Tip.

Now I'm waiting for the 26" version....I'd pay top dollar to use it in a comp.

I can log onto the cyberq with ease using safari on my iPhone, iPad, iMac, and MacBook Pro. I've head there is an app that you can use, but I find the user interface really easy through a browser. Hope this helps.

I ended up having to prop open the door today (same cold temps) and the temp spiked for ten minutes then settled to around 330. All vents are wide open, with a slight wind.

One thing I may learn is how to spell.....

Well, was going to name my post hello from indy but someone beat me to it. Just recieved a new 18.5 WSM for fathers day, can't wait to cook with it. Unfortunately, I recieved the 22" legs......now the wait begins.
