Hi all! I'd like to make the beginner's turkey recipe with the bird I have in the freezer. It doesn't say "self-basting", but it does say "contains up to 9.5% natural turkey broth and seasonings". Would this qualify as a self basting bird? It does have a little pop-up "it's done" timer.
