    I would do the Rib-Eyes (my favorite). Seasoned with Salt, Pepper, Onion powder and garlic powder. Grill SREAMING HOT to sear and finish to an internal temp of 125 F, rest for 10 - 15 minutes and dig in. Good sides would be potatoes, mushrooms and/or corn.
