I was more into eating and drinking a couple beers so I just bought the salad and potato skins pre made at my butchers, the steak I covered with all the spices I could get at :)
I finished my 3rd course towards my certificate today and rocked it, so thought I would fire up the Kettle to celebrate :) Cowboy Steak, potato skins and Sicilian salad.

I tried to keep the temp around 225 but it was hard on the cool day and then it started to rain. I rubbed them the night before, three hours on then 2 hrs foiled with honey, brown sugar and apple juice. BBQ sauce on unwrapped for last hour.
