    Paul Kirk Class

I think it depends at what stage you are with smoking. I took the class about 3-4 years ago, prior to the New Holland, PA Summerfest. But I knew nothing, absolutely nothing about smoking. At that time Paul provided guidance on smoking butt, ribs and brisket. He breaks people up into teams up...

    Kingsford Competition...

I looked the receipt. It is 16.79 with an "at the register manufactures rebate" of 3.50 so it turned out to be 13.29. Yes, it is the rust colored bag. Howard

22" questions and comments as I saw one today

    Which size to buy...

Yes you can easily get both on the 18.5. Boston Butts in Club stores come as a two pack. You can get both on one level plus you have a whole 'nuther level to get other meats. In addition, Old Dave has a set-up that allows you to attach another grate to add a 3rd level. Howard

    Brisket injection/marinade

I saw on another site that referenced a recipe that was either injected or used as a marinade for brisket. That person only printed it a while back and I guess wasn't able to find it, can you let me know what it is, especially if you inject it as I always wanted to help the brisket with a...
