    Rotisserie for performer

I looked at Weber.com and it says the rotiss only fits 22 inch kettle and NOT the performer! I want a plug in style (not battery ) that is heavy duty rated for 50 lbs., and will work on my performer. What are my options? Ty in advance.

Probably wont get a 14 inch SJ. They are just too small for me. I can use my 18 for most if not all small cooks. If I ever see a 18 inch SJP at a decent price I will grab it, but not counting on that!! I love my new performer too. Mah wife said no more Webers, so I had to get rid of my standard...

    Stufz Burger Maker

I have not had that good of luck with really thick burgers like this one made with this press. When I cook them they turn into a big "meatball" if you will, for lack of a better term. I would buy one if it was a little bit wider and thinner. I buy these 1/4lb fresh pre-made patties from the...

    Commercial rub question

I have been using famous Daves rib rub on butts and ribs lately. I got tired of buying the big sizes of paprika and such and wanted a decent store bought rub.

Very very old Weber - my newest addition!!

I would cook on any of them new "old" grills. I might not leave them outside all year like I did my black kettle for 25 years though. It is not like they are worth thousands of dollars. I myself like having unique things.
