    doing anything different this bbq season?

    I plan to do a brisket this year ! Plan to cook for big groups to prepare for hopefully my own wedding next year like the compliments I receive ! Foremost I plan to eat healthier and lose a lot of weight so that means stop cooking way more than I need on the smoker !

    I still get crisp delicious bark when letting mine rest in foil once off smoker I let mine rest for all the way up to 6 hours and still super hot and yes it makes a world of difference pulls way better and seems to me to come out much more moist but that's my opinion! I only put it in foil once...

    I don't use foil any more have done both all perfectly juicy and delicious and have cooked for multiple crowds and yes it's better without sauce actually all of it is seriously it's not a challenge really I'm sure I'm not the only one with this thought and I'll look at the salmon rolls link...

    Not trying to sound over confident but having a hard time coming up with something that is a challenge to cook besides brisket which I can't afford at the moment really considering wood plank smoking some salmon or something unique like that but pork butts and ribs you can't really screw up...
