    Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Great looking plate. That chicken must have been really tasty - did the tarragon flavour come through well after the cook ?

Dialing in the wings and trying my first recipe here...Pepper Stout Beef!!!

Must do a PSB again sometime; yours looks great. I like a little bit of smoke on mine. The secret weapon for my PSB sammie is some gorgonzola cheese. Mmmmm good.

Panama Red is back in Town

A ton of flavour on that plate, great job. I tried fresh green hatch chiles for the first time last year down in Idaho. I'm now hooked, and we never see these up here. :(

    Pork Picnics Take A Bath

Inspired by Robert-R's post on Crunchy Tacos (post is here: https://tvwbb.com/showthread.php?71259-Crunchy-Tacos ) I decided to try a similar preparation with a couple of pork picnic pieces. Since they are generally leaner than a butt I thought this might work well. The two picnics were from...

    New Family Member

That's a sweet kettle, congrats ! Back when I was looking to replace my old Falcon Mark V gasser I tried to find a used Weber to fix up. Nothing found for weeks and ended up with a new Genesis eventually. Lately I've had an alert set to find used Webers for sale (hoping for a JJ) and this...

    Crunchy Tacos

This bath ingredients sound great and offer a different flavour profile than say, Pepper Stout Beef. I'm going to use this with a couple of pork picnic pieces I have, should work well. Thanks for posting Robert-R !

Our new firepit, hangout and garden.

Nice job on the yard timothy, looks good. I'm not a fan of fire pits (they have 'em here, and the houses are too close together) but they would make a great spot to spit sunflower seed shells ! Healthy looking garden you have too. We had a heat warning issued here this weekend, they figure...

    Flank Steak Over Lump

A fine looking meal. Good idea to combine the charcoal, I get near the end of a bag of lump and it gets harder to deal with the smaller bits. Will give this a try.
