    Welcome Monica, There is nothing easier than a pork butt. Very hard to mess up and very forgiving. It also gives you a chance for a nice long cook and some time to learn your smoker. Don't forget to take some pics of your finished meat. We all love pics.

    How well does your Vasconia pot fit?

    Jason, I have never had a problem with the Vasconia pot and fitting tight. Once you load it with meat, the pot will fit nicely as the added weight will make it heavier. It can be bent a little if you need to as it's rather thin. Just my thoughts. Good luck.
