Hi all, this ham was done according to the tvwb ham recipe! It was delicious!
Glaze was apricot jam, whole grain mustard and apple cider vinegar. Smoked on a kettle sorry no action shots (too much going on).
Enjoy your holiday!
Yes but I need something completely flat that I can slide the pie on and off. They have a newer one I may consider.

Funny you posted this, I went to the farmers market near me an I saw the cactus and thought how would I cook this. Now I know! Awesome plate! Safe trip for Mari too!
I have the old style kettle pizza where the stone is placed on the cooking grate.
We made the pizza and then left the stone on the grate to cool off and kept the stone on there. I live in the north east and we've had rotten weather. I've noticed that the grate rusted so I thought maybe it was...
If you want some thing quick your better off buying store bought. Leave it on the counter for at least a half an hour to hour to come up to room temperature. You'll be able to stretch it easier. You can even buy it from your local pizzeria. Enjoy! Pizza on the BBQ is awesome.
Dex have you tried goffle poultry farms in Wycoff? If not there maybe market basket in franklin lakes. Hope this helps. I know how you feel I can't find a decent brisket in Bergen county and I don't want the hassle of joining restaurant depot.
None of these places exist around here. There are just two or possibly 3 places that are BBQ restaurants overall.
If we want BBQ we have to make it ourselves.
