    Hello everyone! Grilled some chicken cutlets for our lunches tomorrow and chicken legs for dinner. Tomorrow's lunch grilled chicken ,Munster cheese and turkey bacon with some sweet baby rays. Plated with asparagus and rice.

    Thanks everyone! I took Enrique's advice about not letting the ribs sit in the rub for too long so I simply used mustard and 3 little pigs bbq rub.Ribs were done in 4 hrs plus sprayed heavy with apple juice every hour.
