    Rotisserie Turkey

Been away for a while so I didn't see the update on how things turned out. Next time I wouldn't hesitate to do the legs and breasts together if I were you. I've done a fair number of whole turkeys on the roti and have never had a problem getting everything done together. The roti method is very...

    Rotisserie Turkey

I love roti turkey but have never tried it the way you are. I think the 2 hour estimate is probably pretty close, but I always cook by temp and not by time. When I think it's time to check I stop the roti and insert the thermometer to get the current temp, then I just estimate how much longer...

Cajun Bandit Rotisserie for the 26R

We've done Hams, Ducks, Chickens, Turkeys, Beef Roasts, Leg of Lamb, and Prime Rib on our rotisserie. I can put 2 Turkeys 14lbs each, on my 26.75 Weber and rotisserie. And we can do 2 Chickens or 2 Ducks on our 18.5" Weber Jumbo Joe and rotisserie. Hams taste unbelievable when done over a...

    Another rare kettle on eBay

Just think how much work will be involved to clean all that black off!:D

    First rotisserie chicken

Will the Cajun Bandit 18.5 rotisserie fit a Weber 18.5 Smokey Joe Platinum?

Lid on or off for rotisserie chicken?

I use the lid when doing rotisserie, with a basket of charcoal on both sides and nothing in the middle.

My mini Ranch Kettle build (kind of still in progress).

The mini Ranch project is both fun and practical. Your projects look great, I like the shelves. I'm still thinking about how I want to put shelves on mine. Every time I use mine I'm glad I have it. And when we've had guests over they always ask "what Weber is that and where did you get it?"

Short Plate Beef Ribs, never enogh!

Great looking ribs Enrico, now I definitely want to try some of these. What was the temperature of the ribs when you pulled them off?

Cooking lamb roast on Weber kettle questions

I'm late to this one too, but I'd shoot for 125, not 135. Lightly tent it and rest for 30 minutes. I'll come up another 5 or 10 degrees on it's own by the time you cut it.

    Sorry. no food...

Suncast makes a good product. We bought a larger unit about 10 years ago and it's been sitting outdoors ever since and still looks as good as it did when we bought it.

    New 18.5" WSM Cincinnati $99

Wow, didn't notice the second pic, then that's a very good price!

    New 18.5" WSM Cincinnati $99

Is this for a 18.5 or the 14.5? If it's actually for the 14.5 it's still a good deal but I've seen it offered at the same price before.

    18 or 22, I'm struggling.

Yep, I've done 40lbs of butt on my 18.5 with room left over. I think I could get creative and do 60lbs if I wanted, but to tell the truth, after shredding 40lbs with my "bear claws", I'm bushed! I've never wished for the 22.5, but as you can tell there's many out there that really like the 22.5...

    2016 New Weber Products

How about charcoal version of the Q? Or has that been done already?

    18 or 22, I'm struggling.

Hard to beat the combo of an 18.5 WSM and 26.75 Kettle!

    1974 Weber Price List

After looking at that price list I'm impressed with how well Weber has held the line on prices. Today's grills don't seem to cost all that much more than they did back then. Thanks for posting.

    Rotisserie on 22.5

"I priced it out and it's like 315 to my door (shipping is 35), hell for that I could almost get another 22. Still debating." $315- Really? Or is that a typo? $315.00 is way too much, I'd shop somewhere else if that's the case. You should be able to find one for about half that.

    Rotisserie on 22.5

Agree completely, we use ours a lot. Probably half the time we grill it will be with the rotisserie.

    Mini Ranch Kettle build complete

Wow Dustin, I didn't realize you also have a full size Ranch! You the man! That's a lot of cooking acreage you've got available there! I'm still trying to decide what I want to do as far as a shelf or shelves for my mini Ranch. If you come up with something be sure to send pictures. Once again...

    New WSM owner having problems

If you get enough grease from your cooks on the lip of the lid and middle section and it's cold out like it is now, the lid will stick. It's the frozen grease holding the 2 together. Just warm it up a little and it will come apart easily. Sorry to hear you damaged your lid trying to separate the...
