Thanks everyone! Nice set up Richard. Looks great! My set up was a vintage B code 18” kettle from 1980 and I believe the rotisserie was made by Onlyfire.

Did another pork loin tonight on the rotisserie despite 101 degrees in Kansas City today and it was very good.

Did the 3-2-1 method, which is 3 hours unwrapped, 2 hours wrapped in aluminum foil with the meat side down on a bad of butter, honey and brown sugar and then 1 hour unwrapped with meat side up to get a nice little bark with bbq sauce on for the last 15 minutes or so.

Decided to do some baby back ribs in the 22” wsm last night to take to the lake this weekend to share with family. I had not smoked ribs in four months so it was nice to do them again. They turned out very tender and good.
