    Never had an issue using the 13x9 disposables made of aluminum. Sam's or Costco, they are around 7.00 bucks for a pack of 30. Never entered my mind that they could be reactive in some way.

    Rice...so many choices

    One of the doctor shows suggested Trader Joe's brown rice microwave version as a quick side and a bit healthier. Not bad and ready in 3 minutes for when you are in a rush, no measuring or pans to wash either.

    Triglicerides are up also, loosing weight and the doctor has me taking one capsule of naicin per day, says it helps lower triglyceride levels. I'm by all means not a doctor, just thought you might inquire to your doc about and see if its something that he may suggest for you as well.

    It's probably worth more that 50.00 as scrap at todays metal prices. Don't think you could go wrong. I have a Performer, but if I had the chance and an area to hold the stainless table, I would jump on it for 50.00. You could always tarp it, if weather started marring the finish.

You might work a deal with Burbages if you were to purchase the hog from them as well. Good luck
