Just throwing it out there that I was at Costco today and found their 40 lb bag of Kirkland pellets for $12. I grabbed two of them. For anybody still on the fence, I've already ran about 80 lb of those pellets through the smoke fire with no issue.

I did a quick cook yesterday. Really liking what I see so far. Now I'm looking forward to a longer smoke so I can really test it out.

I had a special request from a couple of people to cook ribs for their super bowl guests. They're having a couple people over so this is what I'm doing right now.

Here's what I'm up to at the moment. I'm pretty sure I could fit 10 or 12th racks that size on the smoker if I needed to. easily. and still have some room if I spaced it right. I almost feel bad for burning the fuel when they're so little on the smoker. almost 😁
