Can't help you here. The farthest I have transported them is from the WSM to the kitchen, about 40 feet. ;)

22.5 is what I use for the wife and I.

The propane only needs to be on for 3-5 minutes when you use a chimney, I grill a lot and only use 2-3 of the small tanks a year. I use the charcoal baskets to get the coals closer to the grate.

Have not used water in a couple of years. I prefer the foiled clay saucer.

You will not regret your purchase, I am on the fence about getting another one. If I can offer one piece of advice. When it comes time to replace the original nickle plated cooking grate, I would replace it with the stainless steel hinged one.

Looking to get a rotisserie for my performer, recommendations welcome.

I have had a chance to use most of them, and I am Impressed. The set is well made and very sturdy. I did not see any signs of them tarnishing, they heat evenly with less heat, very easy to clean. The entire set weighed in at 28 pounds. I will be adding to this collection.

They arrived today. I have a few weeks off and will try them out.

Just put it in the dishwasher, comes out like new.

I don't have them yet, they are scheduled to ship to me 06/29/2012. I really can't complain, as they are a free 20 year service award from work.
