Pernil is a Latin Pork Shoulder Roast.I used a Butt instead.
seasoned with olive oil,adobo,sazon',oregano and minced garlic,blk ppr.
Roasted for 5hrs,@350*.Served with rice/beans.
make a paste and rub all over.
when I use a "skin on" shoulder I slice under the skin and make it into a kangaroo...
