    Wil,Those look great.......I love Deviled Eggs! Next time crack them into custard cups so they get kissed by some light smoke. That should work. color looks like some eggs I pickled with cider vinegar.

    Pernil is a Latin Pork Shoulder Roast.I used a Butt instead. seasoned with olive oil,adobo,sazon',oregano and minced garlic,blk ppr. Roasted for 5hrs,@350*.Served with rice/beans. make a paste and rub all over. when I use a "skin on" shoulder I slice under the skin and make it into a kangaroo...
