    Freezing meat (Butts)

    Just curious as to how long Butts frozen in the normal Store "packaging", not vacuum packed will last in the freezer ? That's of course uncooked in the standard store pckaging.

    Holding butts

    I pulled 2 butts @(9:45 AM), earlier than I expected also. Mine were at 205 in the foil on the WSM. Put in a paper/Towel lined cooler hopeing to hold till about 3:30 this after noon. Any thought any one. Thanks
