any recommendations on a size? I was looking at a pot, but not sure what size.............seems it should be more than a foot tall...........

i found one at our local wally world.....I think in dec of 2015....it was marked all the way down to $55....snagged that bugger and gave it to a buddy as a gift.
I loooove and use, some brown sugar sprinkled on the ribs, a touch of makers mark bourbon, a bit of apple juice, and also a bit of Wickers marinade....almost even thirds for the wet ingredients......
Over N Out.
not all that baaaad.. we had 110" in December.......and more so far this month......
but I will say it takes a bunch more charcoal to heat up the weber when it's 0 outside!!!!!
keep smoking and we'll make it to spring before ya know it.

wow, looks great..............fyi, we had 108" of snow in December and it's still coming down in January......
I love using the grill in the winter but it eats up my charcoal pretty quick.......might have to break it out today.
Rich, thanks for the info..........I must say that looks like Meat Art.....I'm going to try to do one this weekend.
absolutely awesome looking cook.
thanks, chris
Looks great.......wish I was there. I had a friend tell me if I have diff size pieces of meat to cook, if possible, trim them to be the same but they are done at the same time.........of course only if you desire that....
I love using my weber smoker......love the process: thinking about it...
I grill on my performer quite often in the winter. it is regularly below zero here and we get up to 300" or so on average....I love charcoal, only use charcoal, just in the winter you need a bit more to hold the heat.
