    wsm arrived...

    I got mine , and I love it. how ever the vents on the charcoal bowl were in rough shape . I called weber, they said they will send me new vents to install. nothing for nothing , but I did not buy a weber for 200 dollars so I can work on it before I even use it . I got no help from customer...

    Ham for BBQ ??

    I have seen a guy on tv use smithfield hams to make BBQ. does any one know any thing about this ?? is it fresh ham or cured ?? I remember seeing the show, but it was before I got my smoker.

    WOW

    kepping the top vent open makes sense , when you use a wood stove you some times close the vents on the unit, but never the smoke pipe.

    charcoal grates

    I have heard that one of the grates from another weber kettel will work for the second charcoal grate on my soon to be had WSM. any one know what one?....Thanks ...AL
