My Performer and Genisis Silver are on the back deck both covered with a Weber Cover. Have been out there for years with no problem. My WSMs are on my back porch; however, I keep Weber covers on the but I am not sure why.

Can't go wrong with terraki chicken or steak. Cooks easy, fast, and taste great.

I trimmed up a bunch of spares last night. Any good ideas on what to do with the meat I took off the back side of the ribs? I would like to make some sort of appetizer out of it if nothing else than rubbing it or marinading it and then putting it on the grill. Thanks. Steve

I have used regular Kingsford, Competition Kingsford, Stubbs and Cowboy lump. I would like to experiment more with lump but the way the stock folks handle it at Lowes, Home Depot,etc it ends up being tiny pieces of stuff when I open he bag. For the most part it's blue bag for me.

Thanks for the replies. As much as I could use the insurance money, I think I'll leave the mustard(s) out and keep the wife around for a while. I haven't found anyone else to mow the yard! Steve

See many recipes that call for mustard. The Mrs is allergic to all types of mustart. Any good substitutes I can try?? Thanks.
