    suggestions for a weber 22.5

    i have 2 cyber q II's and i love them. this weekend i ran my 22 for 22+ hours on about 15 lbs of k... if you already have a guru i would just buy the adapter for the the WSM and rock and roll!!!!

    i run 2 cyber q's, no water in a foiled pan, heat taped bottom vents an top vent 1/2 open.. have run 20 hour cooks with a full ring with no problems what so ever...

    WSM with Stoker - no water in pan ??

    i compete with 4 webers, and have two cyber q's running them and dont use water in the pans, have no issues with moisture... i have tried it both ways and like everyone else says, i fight with temps when i used water....

    yea, we dont cook on the bottom racks during competition, to inconsistent and results are not as good... so we cook 9 racks, 3 on each 22 and roughly 30-40 thighs on the 18's.. then crisp the skip on the bubba keg... plus we like to show out!!!!
