    Help! Rookie mistake and need to find a fix

    I use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser with light pressure on all the surfaces of my Summit Weber Grill. I have never had a problem with it leaving scratches and it has always restored the surfaces to like new.

    Standing Rib Roast - Low Temperature Roast

    I basically follow the same low and slow recipe. But after resting for about 25 minutes, I return it to a 500 degree oven set on convection for 5 minutes to crisp up the outside. Turns out perfect every time.

    I have several different Lodge pans. Very happy with all of them. I will also say, they have great customer service. I had a crack develop in one of the larger pans, and I called and they immediately sent out a replacement, no questions asked.
