I think there will be no problems as long as there's no mold and during the first cook you didn't contaminate the glaze by "double-dipping" the mop back into the whole batch.

We always have this dish for Easter dinner and it's simply the bomb! Gut bomb, that is, but oh so GOOOOD! We call it Heart Attack Casserole. Despite that, there is never a single crumb left to fight over!
I use 2 splits to hold the charcoal and 1 full fire brick as a heat sink. I've wrapped them with heavy foil to keep all the drippy stuff off the bricks. Not sure that's necessary, but it seems like a good idea to me.
