240 Lbs here. Stocked up over Labor Day. Now that I have weekends off again I hope to be using a lot more than last year!

I usually will use my Rib-O-Lator on my One Touch. I get a lot more chicken on the grill, and the indirect heat is fantastic. This video shows 28 pieces, and the trays are not fully loaded.

Well, I have had this for a while and have had a few cooks on it. Like the even heat distribution that I get, and love the "real" grill marks.
