I grilled up some really nice looking Duroc bone-in pork chops for the 4th of July. Nothing fancy - sides were a grilled veggie mix, baked potato, and fresh sliced sourdough. Great sear on the 18WSM broken down to be a grill - the chops were juicy, succulent, with that tasty crispy sear.

I'm grilling today...two gorgeous thick bone-in Duroc pork chops, grilled veggies, baked potato, and lots of cold refreshments. (y)

I had one instance of buying a cryovac'd pork butt and got it home to open it with a strong sour whiff - it smelled....off. The outside looked ok, but I took it back anyway. If it don't look right or smell right - I ain't going to eat it.
