    Spare vs. Back Ribs

    Spares turned out great! 5 hours done perfect. Wife thought the rub I used had to much heat(Bad Bryon's Butt Rub), so I had to remind her she's the one who bought it. Thanks for the posts.

    Giving the Spares a try. I'm about a hour into the smoke. Went St. Louis style with the trimings on the side. I'll let you know how they turn out.

    Samuel Adams has a great line of beers. I prefer their Boston Lager. If you are ever in Gatlinburg TN, try the brews at Smoky Mountian Brewery. Their Cherokee Red Ale is fantasic!
