Software is very glitchy. Cook finished and the Cowboy Steak was fantastic as usual. I shut down the grill from the app and it never told me"it is now she to power off grill" it just showed shutting down even though it already shut down... And temp was at a safe level to put the cover on. Really...

Cook is coming along, but now the only option from the app is to shutdown ?? I can't deactivate Smokeboost or change temp from the app. After changing the temp at the control panel, now the app shows multiple options.... DISAPPOINTING after all the time they had to fix this

Getting a glitch. Grill started fine and seems to be running ok but check out the pics. Alternating between showing me an update available and then disappears...

Oh man , what about the diffuser ? Or was everything same as original thinness....

SF Stealth manuals now showing up on Weber.com Looks like new Regular SF now has same parts as the Stealth. New hopper inside and Glow Plug holder.... Hopefully we'll get upgraded parts if needed under warranty

My EX6 lid was also not aligned properly, it hits the side before it closes completely. Weber sent a new lid, have to wait for warmer weather to do the swap.

Ok. Just got it. Started the grill to 200, shut it down a minute later, and then it showed updated.. now I'm gonna have to smoke something this weekend, Thanks Lew for finding it.

I checked before I started and the new Firmware was not listed in the website. It's showing up now, but still no luck updating.... The right screen shot shows what the grill said when I first connected to it. But I already had the latest software

Hi Lew, my SF acted weird. Tried to update, right away it said software update , but I already had the latest software . No Firmware showing up for me

So, I cleaned my SF today after about 10 cooks which included 2 overnights & 6 Reverse Sear Cowboy Steaks. The first pic shows the ash drawer before I started cleaning. Then there are pics of the internals. Last pic it's the ash drawer when I was finished. Took 10 minutes. I have not had any...

I've left the lid open, only to have pieces of lit burning particles (ash) flying all over the place. Got hit last week with one and it hurt... Don't need a backyard fire , I'll keep them lid closed.

Yes Lew. Updated the software. I think both those messages are new. Still waiting for the firmware update they "took back" hoping it will be ready for distribution when they release the stealth/ premium.

Smoked some wings and a Cowboy steak. Started everything on Smokeboost for an hour. I then took off the steak, raised temp to 350 and finished off the wings. They were fantastic. Went up to 600 and put back on the Cowboy steak. It came out scrumptious . I did get a message I never saw before on...

I agree. The hopper is the weak link in this great grill. I will say , again my humble opinion, that the Stealth is really a Gen3 !!! However Weber doesn't want to admit it, so they roll out a "premium" model with a lot of corrections that should have been on the Gen2. To admit you're on your...
