    Managing Temperature/Extreme Temps.

    If I remember right, the Q220 that I use when RVing settles in at about 375 to 400 when on low over a period of time, if I cook indirect that temp works fine, when I use the grill I go for higher temps, and a steak gets the 575 treatment.

    Q200 wont fire up

    My Q220 easily gets up to 550 or more in about 10 minutes or so, more than hot enough for putting a good sear on a nice thick ribeye.

    Try the combination Oakridge Dominator and BRITU sometime- I really like this blend on my pork ribs, no need to sause them with this mix.
