What is the advantage of a whole other grill, a Blackstone, as opposed to buying a flat-top to put on a grill? Probably the same as buying a WSM as opposed to simply using a kettle? They are intriguing... 🤔
Oh IDK.... The Reds are playing tough and have a shot, so they won't be laying down to the Twins. Plus, if the Sox are going into the playoffs, I don't necessarily want a cake schedule. Keep the competitiveness going for this young club.
So I bought one of these pans and last night was the maiden run... Wow! The thighs (bone-in) were great! I even butterflied a plain chicken breast and stuffed both halves into a loaf compartment, and that was amazing! I'm pretty impressed w/ the pan/technique. Thanks!
We smoked chicken legs one day and ribs tacos then next. Embarrassingly, I forgot to take pics of the rib tacos. They were quite possibly some of the best tacos I've ever eaten.
Have any of you guys watched the show Ugly Delicious on Netflix? It's a cooking/travel/documentary series, and it's really well done, and quite entertaining. The episode on dry-aging steaks really has me wanting to try to do a rib roast like that. Maybe this fall I'll tackle that one. 🤔...
