It really dpeends on what I am cooking. I cook Robs, Pork Butt and Brisket 250°,bacon around 180°, I also cook alot of high heat butterflied chicken and meatloaf around 350°. Ribs Chicken I do keep constant temps, I dont usually ramp my cooks.

When I bought my stoker all that was available was the 10 CFM, they were backorder on the 5's. I have not had a single problem using the 10.

I had the gateway setup cirrect. So I guess I don't knwo what the is main issue was then To eliminate the IP change problem though, all you have to do reserve that IP for the MAC address of the Stoker, now DHCP wont assign a different IP to the Stoker.

Mitch, It looks to me to be a very similar error to one I was seeing with a piece of software that wrote. In my case the problem wasn't running the software without admin rights, but was rather that my anti virus and anti spyware programs were scanning the files and therefore they were locked...

Joe, Are you still having trouble with this? If you are can you post a screen shot of the configuration window so I can look and see if I see any mistakes.

SOLVED - In case anyone else is having this issue. For me it turned out that the SuperTweet API issue was that I had my Stoker setup with a static IP address. Once I set it up for DHCP the twitter function started to work fine.
