    Amir, I downloaded and installed the newer version. I set it to simultate and was playing with the Ramp feature. I set the first ramp (see screen shot), when I hit 'Apply' I got the below error.

    The only change I make to this recipe is subtituting Chicken for the Turkey. If my kids tastes are any measure, this is one of their favorite sausages that I have made for them.

    Thanks Kevin. I ordered some Xanthan Gum and it came in on Friday. Made up a batch of my sauce and used the xanthan when I felt the flavor was right. Thickened up perfectly for a great tasting and textured sauce.

    Jim, your finding on the Alarms are correct. If you had alarms set on the Stoker and then set alarms unsing the Stokerlog, the alarms on the Stoker are turned off. They will not be set again until you set them on the Stoker itself. with the Stokerlog not connected.
