    Flip Grills, Get Rich $$

I'm guessing that the local markets some of you all apparently have are seriously factoring into the equation and affecting calculations. Here in Louisville, not many Webers are even popping up. I have all sorts of alerts for CL, FMBP, Offerup, etc set up and I'm pretty sure that I see most of...

thanks Matt. I still can't believe that 1) I waited this long, and 2) that I got it for that price.. /me happy happy

How much rust is too much?

By "picked up a curbside...", I presume that means you got it for free ? That being the case, money well spent ! :-) Get it gunked up quick. You could coat with oil, or just grill some really fatty ground chuck burgers. Be sure to move them all around the grate to drip everywhere.

Hehhehehehehee. I think I just might have to do that.

    Flip Grills, Get Rich $$

Well hell, might as well wade into this. If you are doing this to actually make any kind of real money, you picked the wrong occupation. Sure, there's the occasional grill that you find for free, can drop an $11 igniter in and sell for $150, but those are few and far between. Kind of like...

    Well, I finally did it.

I plan to! Oh, I should be good. I stocked up on the Home Depot Weber charcoal clearance a couple months ago. I think I still have 60 - 70 bags left. That should last me for a bit. Thanks. Seller was moving and wanted to get rid of it quick apparently.

    Well, I finally did it.

Thanks Lewis ! - - - Updated - - - Yep. At first glance, considering the price, I thought it was a 14. Then on a second look, I saw that big door and immediately messaged the seller saying that I'd take it.

    Well, I finally did it.

After years of being a member here, mainly hanging out in the gasser section. And after acquiring a small herd of every size Kettle available, I have finally joined the WSM owner's club. I guess I now have another forum section to go back through and catch up on. ;);):D Oh, and I...

Do you guyst think this one has any potential?

I'd definitely take a look at it. I believe RC's grates for this would run just under $150. If the front of the firebox was in good shape, and you didn't need to do too much more to it, that would be one of the best $200 grills you have ever seen. Big question would be the flavorizer bars...

Brand new Weber Ranch Kettle for sale in Louisville, KY

Haha. Ironically enough, the new owner will be driving up from just east of Atlanta. 7 hours in each direction. :-)

    Pizza Accessory

I have Kettle Pizza's and am quite happy with them. Others have used the Pizza Q, which is less expensive, with great success. You can usually find those on Ebay for a good price. Others have picked up beater kettles (if they didn't have one sitting around already) and with careful use of...

This Siren Call is a lot harder to ignore!

Damn, I'd love to have the right side sideburner assembly as I have one of those sitting in my drive way right now with a roached burner. That thing is a tank. Yes, it can suffer from the fron panel burnout/rust through, but that can be dealt with. I'd be all over it if it was within 30...

Seville cart for sale in my area. What are they worth?

Cool. I'll throw it up over there. No idea how many were made, but the target audience would have been the well to do types who wouldn't think of anything so crass as having a 3 wheeler on their patio. Woodard wrought iron is actually pretty collectible now.

Seville cart for sale in my area. What are they worth?

Ah, thanks. I remember that one now. The first auction was legit, those bids were real, but it turned out that the bottom of the bowl was trashed so they canceled and relisted. So $510 for the cart with a rusted out kettle with holes in it. If the one you linked to just has surface rust...

Seville cart for sale in my area. What are they worth?

Yeah, that's what I'd guess. An unrestored Seville Chariot (which is what this one is) with a lime kettle went for $2600 on Ebay. Granted, limes are pretty rare and highly sought after, but still...

    Pinewood Derby

On my first car, the block had notches at the front and back and 2 wood axles I guess you'd call them. You attached the wheels to them, then those to the block. It then went to like the pic immediately above where there was a small groove and front and back and you drove your little nails in...

Seville cart for sale in my area. What are they worth?

Holy smoked. Value is probably in the hundreds. The real value of course would be if it had the original kettle and ash pan. IIRC, there are subtle differences between a Seville kettle and a regular one. But still, you could just drop a kettle in there and there's a guy over at WKC selling...
