    I break wood chunks down by putting them under the tracks of a CAT Dozer. Works great I am using grape wood now very interesting flavor.

    Tim Have you been to Dave Kloses site? He will send you a CD with all the info. I have Brinkman offset and a WSM and a Weber 22 kettle. They are all fun BUT I want to travel with my BBQ Anyway after a year of looking its a Klose but which one .
