    Removing glued on labels

The one thing I've found that will remove any and all stickers is Un-Do https://www.un-du.com/ Amazing stuff.

    Grilling a frozen pizza

I set my stone on a couple of bricks to raise it away from the fire and up into a hotter area of the grill. This seems to make the top cook faster and the addition of the screen keeps the bottom from burning.

How and why do you use a vacuum sealer, and is it essential for you?

When Meijer had Ground Angus Chuck for under $4 recently, we bought 25 lbs and made up 1 lb packages. When Kroger recently had pork shoulders on sale for $1.50/lb I was able to bag up enough CSRs to last the rest of the year. After the Super Bowl each year there are a lot of unsold wings that...

    Freezer for my garage

webstaurantstore has good prices and very quick service but become pretty expensive when you factor in the shipping. I can get shipping rates for quite a bit cheaper if I was sending the same items to them and I know they get much better rates than me due to their volume. It's often worth it...

    Anyone try these fire starters?

I also use and like those cubes. They work as well as the Weber cubes and there's no white flakes.

Are you aware that since you mentioned A**le by name, you now need to pay them $5?

I have to buy a mattress

The big problem we've had with memory foam is it's too hot even in the winter. Admittedly I didn't go for the top of the line but it wasn't the cheapest either. Looking at all the products available to combat this tells me it's a fairly common complaint.

    HOAGIE!!!!

I really miss the Kresge's, (then K-Mart) subs from 50 yrs ago. A couple of them for $1 and a Saturday afternoon at the movies.... This is the "You know you're old" thread isn't it?

Let's have coffee! What's your favorite coffee mug?

+1 for the Cosori mug warmer. Having a flat bottomed mug is necessary and Amazon has some cheap ones that work fine. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MZ9GV6R/?tag=tvwb-20 Using a lid also helps keep the heat in.

    Apple Pie Shine

We've made a few of batches of this found just letting it sit in the refrigerator for a day or two makes for a much better flavor vs boiling. Put into pint jars makes a nice Christmas gift for friends and family. Leaving the cinnamon sticks in the jars makes a nice presentation but made this...

    Steaks at Aldi's?

Their NY strips and Cubed Steak have always been good. They're my go to if I can't make it to Costco.

    EBay asking for SS number

Any entity that collects money for you is required by law to get your a SSN or TIN. I can't blame you for not wanting to trust them with a SSN but it's a simple matter to get a ID number from the IRS and use that. If you're selling items for others and giving them the $, then the same laws apply...

    Beef prices!!!

Had a similar experience with Kansas City Steaks last year. We were sent a gift box and the thin steaks were no better than Kroger's. The only way to cook them was Sous Vide, refrigerate, and 30 seconds over coals with 2 flips. The burgers and loaded potatoes that came with them were quite good.

How To Legally Move Foxes Out Of Your Yard?

The only thing that got rid of an infestation of groundhogs a few years back was when a family of foxes moved in. As soon as the groundhogs wer gone, the foxes moved on.

    Heinz Packet Roller

Uh.. No. If I ever need help squeezing my ketchup bottle I'll ask for help from the nurse that changes my diaper. :giggle: How many times is someone going to reach past it to grab something else only to have it poop on the counter? "The power requirements are 120V/2A at peak usage. 3. Each...

    Heinz Packet Roller

Heinz isn't the only one with those squeeze bottles. Every time I use one, I feel like the dolt on the infomercials that totally effs up a common task that proves a dire need for the unecessary product they're peddling.
