    Maverick E-732 Eyelets

I did the exact same thing as Bill S.75...enlarging the existing holes in the wall and the strap for the lamp rod. Works great. One day I may cut a notch.

Beer Can Chicken on the WSM - (High or Low Heat)

I get great results. See here: http://tvwbb.com/showthread.php?41424-Crispy-Skin&p=426519&viewfull=1#post426519 Modified for the WSM, you will probably have to add about another half to full chimney of lit coals for the final temp bump. Do not use water.

    stoker v pitmaster iq 110?

I have a PIQ110. I'd say if you have the funds, go with the Stoker. The PitMaster works and will do the trick and I'm happy with it, but the Stoker has more configuration options and proven track record. That being said, I have never used a Stoker...just read about them.

    Standard method at 250?

Like the first Bob said, there's no way you'll get as much time out of your fuel using Standard vs. Minion. That being said, I used Standard yesterday for BRITU ribs and had no problems keeping temps down @ 225. Only took 1/2 hour to bring down to temp once assembled and I had hot, flaming wood...

I have a question about a wash station and competition.

Rule 17d of the 2013 KCBS rules: Sounds like that translates to 3 containers? Full rules @ http://kcbs.us/pdf/2013_rules.pdf

First Smokenator Brisket Flat on 22.5 Performer

Thanks for the compliments everyone. :) Well, I really should have noted the weight, but I didn't buy the meat and I was at work, so I had other things going on. It may have weighed less than my guess. ;)

I'm going but not competing. Hope to meet some of you there. :)

    Tempature control 18 vs 22

I have no problems keeping my 18 within that temp zone. Coming from a modified ECB myself, the difference is like adding an outboard to a rowboat. ;)
