    You are right about that George. No micro managing here. Just observations from a newbie WSM owner. I've grilled and smoked on a Weber Kettle exclusively but l really believe l'm going to like my WSM.

    We have a 5 Guys close to where l work. It is okay at best. I agree with KellyM, Whataburger is a must when l visit the Dallas / Fort Worth area. When my dad was in the Air Force in the early 60's he and the guys there would build a snow wall and set his Weber up. Hamburgers being grilled...

    My kids really want me to start brining my splayed chcken before l smoke them. I’ve never really seen the need but l have on occasion brined. l’m open to change but what reason to must brine am l missing?
