    My briskets seem to cook faster than most peoples as well. Put a 14.7lber on at 0530..I am guessing 10 to 12 hours maybe but it may surprise me and be done in 8 or 9. (my wsm like 250)

    2 briskets

    I am cooking 2 briskets here soon on my 22" weber..1 is 17LBs and 1 is 14.5.....would most of you put the heavier one on the bottom rack? I normally cook one brisket at a time. I want them both to finish hopefully at similar times...!
