    the ever popular water pan question

    I bought a 14" clay saucer from K-mart, $2.00 closeout, but have not tried it yet. I just read above that it may not fit height wise in the water pan. Can it be used without the water pan?

    Thermometer

    What brand thermometer do you have? I just picked up a Nexxtech(looks identical to the Weber brand one @ $25.00) I got it at Circuit city on closeout for $7.99, originally marked at $39.99. I haven't used it yet but hope it dosen't do what yours is.

    How to make beef brisket kettle?

    Hi, I was looking for a way to make a brisket on a weber 22 1/2 kettle. I have made ribs and pork roasts that were great, I just want to see if I can do this with just as good results. thanks.
