Out for a walk with the family & found a like-new 18" kettle on the curb for tomorrow's trash pick up. I rescued it & gave it a quick bath.

Fyi- Local Costco has Masterbuilt Gravity series 800 for 500. Normally retails for 700. My wife will be out of town for a couple of days this week. 🤔

Just pulled them out. Bone pulled cleanly. Nothing wrong cooking them @ 300+ in my opinion.

Just pulled one out of the oven. About 6.5 hours at 325. Left lid off roaster until I had the crust then covered. One in the WSM running 350* all day. It's about ready to come out too. It was cooked in a foil pan. No cover.

I dont mind the snow but I know folks out west need it terribly to curb droughts & fires. Storm brought as much as 2' overnight. Here in Cleveland we received about 12" but up to 4' deep drifts in places.

I bought a large bag (30lbs I think) of expert grill lump charcoal at Walmart few weeks ago. I must admit I wasn't expecting much. It was priced nicely so why not. I was pleasantly surprised by the large pieces. I lit 2 chimneys with a few pieces of paper. It lit easily & quickly...

Interesting, its usually Ohioans heading to NC for vacation. I was at a game a few weeks ago but did not stay overnight so no help on rooms. It is a nice little ball park though. Columbus zoo & water park is nice also.

Water in pan? If so dump it out.

I have been able to make my son's HS baseball games this past week.. Its great to watch these kids grow/progress each year. We are driving to Detroit to see Tigers & Indians on Sunday.
