    Modify the charcoal grate. Don't forget to add the handles to it. Add brackets to hold the diffuser and cooking grates. You can increase the cooking capacity several ways. Read everything here.

    Besides the no brainer internal mods. 1. I'd put a good thermometer on it. 2. Pick up some Aluminum HVAC tape to close down the vent slots. It will help you maintain temps. 3. Cut down the legs to help with it being top heavy. Especially with the 75lbs of meat in it. 4. Handles on the mid...

    If I remember correctly, Weber ceased production of the Red kettles due to a potential Cancer causing substance found in the manufacturing process. I'd love for that color to come back, but not at the expense of someones life. Besides, my Vintage Red collection increases in value as time goes...
