How Do YOU Clean Your WSM?

I just scrape the grates and change the foil on the water pan. Sometimes I use the same foil for a few cooks depending on how much grease is on it. Otherwise no other cleaning.

    BBQ/Grilling Cookbooks

Sorry to hear that you had issues on another site. Good to have you back. Why did the owner get rude? I put my grills away for the winter so I’m not doing any BBQ until the spring. I also have been cooking less meat since my daughter is a pescatarian. Need to adapt until she goes to...

    Handling robocalls using iPhone feature

I agree that it’s a great feature. I’m not worried about missing a call. I figure people will leave a voicemail if important.

    New/Old Silver-B owner in SFBay

Welcome to the boards, Hunter. That's a fine looking grill you got there! Last year, my wife gave me the ok to buy a new grill but like you, I decided to save $1000 buy getting a used Weber S320 to complement my class Genny 1300LX.

The first two numbers looks like 84 so I think it was produced in 1984. The bag is 35 years old?

    Stinky Uber

Great story! What an adventure! I like the second picture of the pup looking over the side of the truck. Cute! I went to SLC last December for the first time ever. I was impressed with the mountains surrounding the city and that so many ski areas were close by. We went to Park City for...

    Rust Belt Chicken Corn Chowder

I know it’s not easy to make videos especially editing, adding graphics and other effects. I’ve taken a lot of videos of my kids growing up but I can’t be bothered to edit them. I’m curious what you are using to film your videos and to edit them? Keep up the great work!

    2005 Weber Genesis B Restoration-Rust on Frame

What are you looking for in a cook box? I might have one to give away. I kept it as a spare but I’m not sure that I will ever use it.

When do you replace burner tubes?

Weber makes a brush for burner tubes? Can you provide a link? I think I used an Emory cloth for the tubes and then my Dremel to clean out the slots. Worked well.
