    Ditched my Electric for a WSM 22.5

    Thought it was going to come today. Fedex tracking says out of delivery. I called and they said still in transit still in transit even though it says it is on the truck. bought some smoking wood from Fruita.

    Ditched my Electric for a WSM 22.5

    After two years I decided I wanted to ditch the electric smoker so today I ordered myself a WSM 22.5. It should arrive next week sometime. Pictures will follow after my first cook which will be a couple of pork butts. :-)
